Pl give ma a comparison of these two laptops

1. Dell Inspiron 15R - 5110

Proc: i5-2410M
4GB RAM
500 GB HD
15.6" monitor
NVIDEA GEForce GT525 graphics - with 1GB

2. HP Pavillion DV6 - 6115TX

Proc: i5-2410M
4GB RAM
500 GB HD
15.6" monitor
ATI Radeon Graphics with 1GB DDR5 memory

Remaining specs are similar

What is the comparison between Dell and HP in general and thes two models in particular.

Both are more or less of the same price. No significant difference.

Like I said,both are good.Go with the one that's cheaper/you like the looks of it more

I think the HP one got HD 6490 (ref: http/h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/in/en/ho/WF06b/321957-321957-3329744-64354-64354-5082212-5113659.html ) by the way.

IMO Dell may have very slight edge in the graphics department, also, right now, I would rather avoid buying HP considering that they are unsure about the PSG group, and if they decide to sell it, it can create warranty related problems (in case it is needed). In fact, at work we are having serious discussion about not buying any HP PCs/notebooks till the things clears out.
