Computer freezes and BSOD'S randomly, any idea???

My Laptop
Dell inspiron 3521 bought it a year ago
everything was working fine...don't know what happened?

Intel core i5-3337U 1.80ghz
4 gb
500 gb hdd
Radeon graphics


First i formatted C and re installed the windows but it didn't work
i defragmented the hard drive, cleaned registry, ran virus scan i did everything i could do but nothing worked...

I backed up my data and partitioned the Hard drive installed a fresh copy of windows again
ran CHDSk but no..didn't work

it freezes for a few seconds then again starts working it continues like this,BSOD, sometimes takes too long to load
stucks on welcome screen....

Sometimes i get this message on startup
DISK READ ERROR
Sometimes
Boot failed..

i wonder if the problem is with my hardrive or RAM...

any kind of help would be appreciated...

i think it may be your hard drive,,download a software CRYSTALDISKINFO,,,run it and tell me what shows up

have some technician look at it,,,your hard drive is most likely failing

try a s/w memtest86,,you will know
