I got a call from a fake online supporter and they are still on my computer. How do I get them off my computer. I have a surface pro 4.

Unless you gave them access to the computer I don't see how they are. If for any chance they do, the best bet would be to disable your homes wifi and then figure out from there. Without more details not sure how they have accessed the computer.

If they have access to your system disconnect from the internet ASAP and factory reset the Surface and you'll also want to change all your passwords.
