So basically what has been happening is, when I load up a game (Could be Garrys Mod or Arma 3) My Computer starts lagging hard and my audio becomes distorted and crackling. I have checked my task manager during these times. My CPU, GPU and Ram have all been below 40% usage. This was a wiped computer I bought and has been working fine for about a week once I got it. My specs are as follows,

Case: NZXT H440
CPU: Hexacore Intel Core I7-5920K, 3.30GHz (36x100) - 6 Core& 12 Threads
Motherboard: Asus X99 Pro/USB 3.1 (2 PCI-E x1, 4 PCI-E x16, 2 M.2, 8 DDR4 DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN)
RAM: 32 GB DDR$ - 2133 SDRAM
GPU: Asus Strix 1070 8 GB OC
SSD: 128 GB Kingston
HDD 2TB Western 7200RPM
Cooler: Cooler Master CPU Cooler
PSU: 850W Power Supply
Audio Interface For Mic And Headphones: Focusrite Scarlett Solo 2
Mic: AT2035
OS: Windows 10 Pro

Please help, I want to use this computer so badly and talk to friends on TeamSpeak 3 but this is causing a huge problem. Also I know this is a computer issue not a internet issue as my computers mouse will gitter around the screen when its lagging, it also is very slow during this time. THANK YOU

Solution
Specs look good except for the unknown power supply and which model Kingston SSD is that?

I would backup the systems and either clone or install windows to the HDD to verify the problem isn't the ssd.
