Computer Laptop CPU + Graphics Card

Hello! Recently, I have thought if I could change my laptops CPU + Graphics Card, the following details of my PC are as followed:-
PC Model : HP Pavilion 15
Hard Drive : 907GB
RAM : 8GB (7.89GB usable)
Processor : Intel Core i3-3217U 1.80 GHz 1.80 GHz
System type : 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Graphics Card : Intel HD Graphics 4000

Is there any way for me to change the CPU and graphic card on this laptop? Because I really need to know!
