Computer screen cracked and in a loop sony vaio e series win8

Need some help with my computer that has Win8 cracked screen and is in a loop

take it apart, get the screen model number and replace it

A cracked screen has nothing to do with Win 8 being 'in a loop'.

Did you drop it?

I was connecting it to the TV to watch a movie with my family then the cat knocked it and the reason why I said the screen is cracked is so you know I can't see what's being displayed

I don't have the money to fix the screen i had it connected to a LG flatron monitor then one day I turned it on and it just goes in a continuous loop

Well...now we're almost getting to the actual problem. Knowing that it has been dropped might have been helpful in the initial description.

A dropped laptop that is in some sort of boot loop.
At first guess, I'd say your hard drive is toast.
