Computer upgrade

am itrested on a computer upgrade my laptop is an acer aspire5622wlmi.i want to upgrade memory (4gb), hard disk (ssd), cpu (t7600 64bit)<and optical drive. is it possible?is it gonna be risky to doit on my own?are the components compatible? thank you

RAM and SSD are a easy upgrade i would leave the CPU alone.

sorry if i consist on the subject, but do you think that messin with the cpu is gonna be hard? i checked on intel'spage and they say that the processor is compatible with my chipset.. do i need more info about other components too to be sure that he upgrade is gonna fit? or do you think that installin a new processor is gonna be the dificult issue? thank you for your time..

true... i wouldnt do it also but sometmes my emotions rules! lol..anyway about the processorwhat do you think? is it gonna fit? its also a swap from 86 to 64 i dont knowall the details of my motherboard since this model has a pheonix bios. all i know is that the model is called acer bodensee, it has this chipset Intel 945PM (Calistoga-PM) + ICH7-M/U, plus i didan update on the bios to version v1.3239. aditional info for the motherboard: Motherboard Slots:1xPCI, 4xPCI Express x1, 1xPCI Express x16, mainboard Serial Number LXAAE050166090A7AAEM00, UUID: {9E33CAA0-D4F5-11D8-D792-2E36160077EA}, mainboard Version:Not Applicable
what else i need to know to be sure about the processor upgrade? i check on ntel site and it says that the chipset is compatible with the processor,even thow that some specs on the chipset says that it doesnt suport 64 platform,thow the processor is in the compatible list! its alitle fustratin....

Well most laptops have a panel that is easily removed for access to the RAM and Hard Drive. To get to the CPU you need to take the whole laptop apart. In the past I have seen CPU soldered to the laptop Motherboard. CPU replacement on a laptop in not a job I would do myself.
