Question Apple Computer Running Windows, Can i upgrade my CPU?

Hello all,

First time poster and relatively not tech savy so please be patient!!

I bought a computer a 2 years ago, it is shown as Apple Computer, Inc with the BaseBoard Manufacturer and BaseBoard Product shows as Mac-F4208DC8

I want to upgrade the CPU to get it running faster, better and generally more usable, but am really struggling to find solutions online.

Can anyone recommend a new CPU I can install, or tell me if it is even possible?

System model seems to be MacPro 1.1 on the above picture. It’s running windows so hard to use the Apple support guides

That is a 17 y/o computer. Upgrading may damage it and any performance gained minimal, if it works at all.
