Computer Virus with a smiley face?

My computer runs on Windows 10.
So my computer ran into a blue screen after i was playing a game and it restarted itself. As it does whenever i have a bluescreen. But this time, upon rebooting, instead of going back through the windows OS just a small white smiley face appears in the lower left hand corner. I am not sure what to do or how to get back into my comp. When i press certain buttons on the keyboard my desktop makes small clicking noises. When i do CTRL+ALT+DELETE my comp simply restarts. I can get into the System Bios but thats about it. How can i fix this? I need my computer back.

Being a Smitfraud variant you may be able to use the Smitfraudfix.exe in Safe Mode.
