Computer won't turn on, took cover off and gpu has lights but noting else will turn on

Like the title says I took my cover off and tried to turn it on, my gpu lights are on but nothing else runs

I have a gigabyte ga-h110m-a mobo
Asus strix Radeon r9 390 gpu
Intel i5-6500
Evga supernova 750 watt 80+ bronze

Alright, I'll have to look around for a repair shop before I can do anything but if I can't locate one what do you suggest I do?

RMA-ing both board and CPU, since they are under warranty.

Might just buy a new mobo since it'll take 3 weeks to get the mobo back...
