Hey guys, so due to my job and the needs I will have to give up Desktops for the next year. I only have the option of bringing a Laptop with me and that scares me. For one, I love gaming and playing BF4 on ultra settings, multitasking and recording. This is something laptops can start doing now but the amount of $$ required is insane.

My question, what laptops are at the top tier right now and worth while in your opinion for gaming and are beastly? Ive seen the ROGs but feel like your paying for brand more than performance with their models.

Also, back in the early 2000s I used a laptop and played counter strike source and Jedi Knight Academy non stop on it, after a year and a half it crapped out and thus I switched back to desktops. Is this still a occuring problem with newer laptops? The longer your stress the system the longevity of the system is decreased?

For a Good reliable mobile gaming you will need to spend at least $2000 ...

the GPU is double the price of the Desktop in notebooks , thats why more expensive.

MSI are making good gaming notebooks at good price.
