Connect amp with 2 output to speakers with 4 inputs?

The amp has 2 outputs per speaker plus and minus. 1 for left and one for right speaker. The speakers have 4 inputs per speaker plus and minus HF and plus and minus LF. Do I run two wires into one plug at the amp end and two plugs for the speaker end?

The speakers probably do not have a cross-over built into them - the "HF" is high frequencies (tweeters) and "LF" is the low frequencies (woofers). I haven't seen those in a while....I know some older amps had the cross-overs built into them, but most modern speakers have the cross-overs built into them now.

Those sound like Bi-wired speakers and were popular in Hi-Fi speakers.
They will almost certainly have built in crossovers.
The original intention was to run two speaker cables to each speaker from the amplifier ,these cables would be connected together at the amplifier and was supposed to improve the sound quality.
You can either run two cables to each speaker as was originally envisaged or run one cable to the LF connections then use a short length of cable to make a bridge from the LF to HF connections.

Hi makes,
Thank you, would that mean that the bridge would run from LF pos to HF minus. Or should I have run wires from the amp to HF and LF, leaving an HF pos an LF pos to bridge?
