Connect older PC to modern hdtv

I would like to connect my HP Pavilion Model s5120y which has USB ports in front , Audio and Video to my Samsung HDTV Model UN32EH5000FXZA which has HDMI, USB. I bought the wrong HDMI to HDMI cable. How can I fix this, please.

It looks like you'll need to install a new graphics card in that computer. It only supports VGA, which your TV won't.

You could get a VGA>HDMI cable, but they tend to be hit-and-miss in terms of actually working.
