connect pc creative 5.1 hometheatre to SAMSUNG TV f6400

i have samsung led smart tv f6400.i am trying to connect creative 5.1 t6300 speaker system. . can i use 3.5mm Jack male to 3 RCA female jack . to connect it . will it be perfect to send 5.1 channel sound or just 2 will be working coz i have read. 3.5mm jacks dont have only send 2.1 channels.

You will get only stereo sound out of your TV with these speakers. Probably you can get 5.1 if (a) your TV has optical out, and (b) you buy optical-to-multichannel decoder - in that case you better get complete 5.1 system.

i got it .i have to buy decoder.for this speakers. can u suggest some other 5.1 speakers for my tv. .coz i cant buy a decoder its very expensive .its like more than half the price of my speakers.. so any other spekers compataible with my tv without decoders

I know there are Logitech speakers with optical input, but I doubt they will be cheaper than the price of decoder.
Surround sound for TV/Movies is not a cheap endeavour...
