connect wireless headphones with no audio outputs on TV

TV is an LG 43LF5400
I have a antenna/cable in (this is hooked up to my "over the air antenna).
I have 1HDMI in
Video/Y, PB, PR (component in)
L/mono, Audio R (av in)
I am trying to hook up my insignia 2.4 GHZ digital wireless stereo headphone. I want to be able to listen through the headphones in bed without disturbing my husband. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Since your TV doesn't have any audio outputs you would need to modify the TV (which would void the warranty).
You could add an external OVA tuner/PVR that would provide an audio output as well as recording
