Connecting Blu-ray with both TCL-Roku TV and Yamaha receiver/speakers

Have TCL Roku TV, Samsung Blu-ray Disc Player BD-H6500 and Yamaha natural sound receiver R-S201. The Yamaha doesn't have HDMI port. But my speakers and a phonograph and radio all run through the receiver. Until I had to replace my disc player, that was running through the receiver also. But, alas, upgraded to Blu-ray and now can only get disc audio via TV speakers (not too bad, but was hoping to be able to use my regular speakers). What should I do?? Is there a converter I can use from the receiver to the Blu-Ray? The receiver just has the push in red and white plugs. I do want to see the visuals (Tracking and disc info) for discs on the TV for Audio as well as Video

Simplest solution is to connect the audio out of the TV to your Yamaha receiver. You will probably need one of these

to convert the optical out of the TV to analog for you stereo. You should be able to audio from your Roku channels and the BD player into your stereo this way.
You could also use an HDMI audio extractor like this one

to derive an audio output from your Bd player but it won't give you Roku audio.
