Connecting both speakers and headset to back panel

Hey guys, I recently went to a LAN center and liked the way they had their audio set up: Headphones and Speakers that were connected in the back of the machine that could be used simultaneously.

I have 1 5.1 surround sound headset and 1 5.1 surround sound speaker set however I cannot figure out how to make it so I can use both of them at the same time.

Please help me!

Look how they were hooked up, they may have just used a splitter so both get signal at the same time.
