Question connecting existing wifi to replacement laptop - requesting network security key

Good day, I was provided a new laptop today for work however I cannot re-connect the wifi I was using at home on my previous laptop - asking me for a network security key. Not sure what this is on sticker or on box. Can anyone assist?

Contact your company's IT support.

If connecting to your home wireless network, surely you know those credentials (like used by other devices).

I believe he was referring to home network. The password may be on the sticker but if someone changed it it could be anything. If you rent your network equipment from the cable company they can help you.
