I recently decided to purchase a DAC/AMP combo to use for a pair of headphones I use on a daily basis.

Since I also want to power a pair of aux powered speakers with this device, and this device does not have an aux line out, is there any sort of converter I could buy in order to use these speakers with this device?

Here are the outputs:

Any information is appreciated, thanks.

What speakers? If they are powered, a good deal of their sound is going to come from their amps. As for what sounds better though, that's a subjective call to anyone on what sounds better. In theory though, the DAC should give a better, cleaner signal.

And yes, a cable like that would be fine.
Those outputs give you RCA output, so they should be able to be connected to powered speakers, IE, speakers that have their own amp in them. Worst case, if you have speakers have a 3.5mm plug on them, you could get RCA to 3.5mm adapter at any dollar store or online for a few bucks.

Would they sound okay paired with this dac/amp? Should I just keep my speakers powered directly to my motherboard?

Also, would this get the job done?
