Connecting Philips 32PHT4509/12 to sony home theatre

Hii,
I have Philips LCD TV model no- Philips 32PHT 4509/12 and I am unable to connect it to Sony home theater model number DAV-DZ100. Can you help me please?

Simplest way is to connect the headphone out of the TV to the aux input on the Sony. Only one cable required.
Other ways are to use a SCART adapter or optical audio to analog converter.

Hii, thanks for your reply, but problem is the sony dvd HTS has only a SCART output [no other points], and when I am trying to connect the TV's SCART output to the DVD/HTS, the audio is not coming from the TV , but its working fine when i connect to the SCART output of my SKY TV box. My TV has all outputs available as it is a latest one. Kindly advise

The scart should work both ways - and will input the tv sound if connected to a scart socket on your tv that does audio out.
