I'm looking for a good 4k TV for gaming and movies, but most modern TVs don't seem to have a headphone jack to go with my wired headphones.
It seems like various devices exist to allow you to connect your headphone plug to a bluetooth transmitter which can connect to a bluetooth receiver attached to the TV. But has anyone had luck getting this to work, in practice? Even if you can get it working, would the TV remote still allow you to adjust volume?
I've been specifically looking at the Samsung UN49KS8000, but I'm open to other suggestions, if there's a comparable TV that already has a headphone jack and would allows its volume to be controlled with the remote.
I'm open to using some kind of external equipment, but preferably it should be as small and unobtrusive as possible.
