Hello, I have a New LG HGTV and a older analog Yamaha reciever 5.1 which worked great with my older TV is there a way to use this with the new TV Or Do I have to upgrade to a new amp

If your TV does not have analog audio outputs then you can't connect it directly to the receiver but if you have a set top box for cable, sat, etc then you can take the analog audio out from there.
