continuous beep sound when i start my laptop and that sound stay on till i shutdown my laptop

hi,My laptop produces a continuous beep on start up and stops after loading. Everything work normally (according to me) but then why that beep sound? and how to stop it?I tried reinserting RAM slot and hard disk also but still it is making beep sound...i used my laptop for 1 year and now it is making beep sound...please help me regarding this problem...what is the exact problem for getting this sound...??Please respond me with correct solution.

Check the process list to see if there are any strange programs running in the background (particularly cmd.exe).

Could be a stuck key or something with the hardware like CPU/RAM/Video. Try doing a BIOS update and check the vendor's support site, they may have something about your issue in their forums or FAQ, or call/email their support.
