convert speakers wire

i have a old sony mini hifi stereo system which is not working at the movement but its speakers are in working condition. now i have got a new led lg43uh650t which as hdmi port and optical digital audio out. Please help me out how can i use my speaker wire to connect led tv.

You can't, you NEED an amp if you want to connect passive speakers.

You would need something like this

or a surround sound receiver (could be an older used one with optical in but no HDMI).
You could also use a DAC like this one

with any stereo amplifier.

Wouldn't it be great if everybody can use the old stuff, just plug it in and BAM! Of course not, if vendors did that they will never sell you anything new! U knew this wasn't going to be this easy.

Save those un-powered passive speakers for some other use, probably cheaper to buy new powered speakers/soundbars. Be aware of limitations of these however.

For maximum flexibility and future hookups, you really want to get an honest-to-God AV receiver.
