Converter for SPDIF Digital RCA to 5.1 Analog RCAs?

I have the standard white and red cables out of my Augen speaker sound bar, but I can't connect to to my new Emerson TV with a digital audio output. Is there a cheap adapter to connect the sound bar to the TV?

You can't connect those two as they were both output.
