Question Converting VHS to Digital with Pinnacle 500-USB

Hello.

I have tried searching for an answer in several forums and have failed.

Problem: Color VHS tapes playing in BW.

Setup: LG FC931B VCR; Pinnacle 500-USB; GeForce GTX 760.

I can get image but only without colors and without sounds.

Any ideas?

I'm here if any new information is needed.

Did you connect the VCR to a TV directly to make sure that it's working normally?
Did you check for any driver updates or compatibility issues with your OS?

A: Yes. In a TV I get color and sound (mono).

2. Did you check for any driver updates or compatibility issues with your OS?
Using Windows Device Manager I did a "Update Driver" which returned a "The best drivers are already installed". How would I check for compatibility issues? I'm currently running Windows 10.

I have managed to get color after messing around with the PAL/NTSC option for some time.
I still can't get sound.

Any help is appreciated.

I couldn't find any specific drivers for Windows 10 for the Pinnacle. Last ones seem to be for 7.
Try reinstalling the driver you have.
