Cooler Master K380 front panel

Hi, I just cleaned up my old case (Cooler Master K380) and I wanted to remove my front panel to get the front 120mm fan and add it to my new case.

However, after completely removing EVERYTHING. I tried to remove the front panel by doing what the manual told me to do, and it wont come off. Any clue what is going on?
