Solved! Cooling pad

Hello,
is threr a laptop that has clips on it for a cooling pad and a better usb cable so it wont fray?

Cooling pads usually come with some rubber strips on them so the laptop won't slip on it. I don't believe laptops come with clips and usb cables are usually made out of rubber or plastic which doesn't fray.
