Copying a DVD to my computer

I have a DVD of my mother's memorial service and I would like to copy it on my computer and then burn a copy for my mom's sister, who was unable to attend due to age and difficulty traveling (from Wyoming to Texas). I have Cyberlink Power DVD 14 and have searched the help and cannot find a way to do either thing. I don't want to send my copy because it is the only copy I have. I read a thread from a guy who was trying to illegally copy movies, but that is not what I intend to do. If I need to provide my email address, I will gladly do so, just to get an answer.

Make and ISO file of the Disc , then burn the ISO with this same software to DVD.
