what do you mean it not bootable
did you burn it to a dvd?
It is bootable but once the linux is loaded there is no option for installation to hard disk, like i can do with other distros of linux. This means i always need to run it Off of a DVD or something like that.
I want to copy the ISO contents to a disk parition the same way i install an OS and then boot the gamers linux from the Hard disk.
There are tools that can mount an iso image as a drive - like a virtual DVD drive.
I know about these software, For these software to work i need an OS running already.
Please check my response to rgd1101, I want to copy the contents of a bootable ISO to a partition of the disk and then boot from that partition.
you don't install it. it already bootable, create a new partition on your hdd, and clone the dvd to the partition. not sure what you need to make it selectable on a boot up, probably need to find a boot manager.
