Solution
The nVidia 840m is more powerful than the Radeon R9 M375 as well according to Notebookcheck.net. In the link below there is a column in the middle of the page which lists mobile graphic chips and a few desktop GPUs in order of performance based on their benchmarks. It starts off with "Class 1". The nVidia 840m and Radeon R9 M375 are listed under Class 2 with the 840m higher in that class.

thanks jagyar for answer , but nvidia is better or amd in gaming performance terms , there is another laptop with same price category

Lenovo Z5170
Processor: Intel Core i5-5200U 5th Generation (3M Cache, 2.2 GHz up to 2.70 GHz)
Memory: 8 GB DDR3L 1600 MHz
Hard Drive: 1TB 5400 rpm HDD
Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M375 4GB dedicated
Display: 15.6 Full HD Flat with eDP

nVidia or AMD does not matter nearly as much as the actual model of the video card. You can look up reviews and comparisons easily online. I usually use this site http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_list.php type in the video card model (may need to change things a bit to find a match), note the score it had, compare.
