Core i7 4770k Temperatures

I have a cooler master hyper 212 cpu cooler and my idle cpu temps are at 36-42 degrees. it will even hit 49 degrees on occasion, just when browsing the internet or something. that seems a little high, especially with an aftermarket cooler on there. did i install it incorrectly or am i overreacting? thanks

also, when i play bf4 for a while my max temp is 57 degrees. is that good?
