Core prime don't recognise sd card

My son has had a new galaxy core prime, no sd card is recognised in it yet they do on other phones. Have formatted them too. Cam anyone help pls?

Format it again (FAT32). If the card does not work... try it with another SD card (slower class if you can). Is it okay now?

p.s. The phone SD slot may be also defective.

Hi I've tried it with both new and old cards, none of them work even though they do on other phones

That device is new.. right? Use your guarantee and give it back for service.

They actually make SD cards for the specific phone. I guess there's some problem, and companies like Patriot have fixed it. Order though Amazon to avoid any repercussions if it were to somehow not work
