core usage 100%

hello guys, when i turn on my pc today, core usage showed 100%. but when i open taskmanager it stopped. Then i closed the task manager and core usage has increased again. i have avg 2015 virusguard. after a few mins virus guard detected a virus and deleted.Then it stopped.But after i restart my pc problem remained. anyidea thx os windows 7

It sounds like the virus wasn't totally removed. You may need to scan the computer from a CD or Flash drive without the OS booted up. This way it should be able to remove the virus completely.

AVG has a boot time scan feature. Use it.
