Could someone help me find a video editing laptop?

Hello, im from the Netherlands and i came here to ask advice on what laptop i should buy. I will mainly use it for video editing and sometimes i will edit photos on it.

It has to be 15,6 inches.
My max. budget is €1100 ($1166).

I'm surprised at your chosen sceen size for video editing but you'll probably find what you need and at a decent price in an Albert Heijn hypermarket.
