I am still waiting for delivery of the case.
I have twice emailed you to ask for progress on my order, but am amazed that
I have yet to receive any response from you.
I have now also faxed you with no response.
This is sheer ignorance on your part.
Please email me immediately with the reason for your non-reply and a
proposed delivery date for my case.'
