Are you monitoring temperatures? Do you have any windows updates available?
Do you have "high performance" enabled in Windows?

the temperature is 45 ° c, windows has been updated and has performance mode, usually the clock runs at 3700 mhz to 3900 mhz, I only bought the laptop for a month
