Cpu too hot (90º)

I have a asus n750jv , and i dont know why , with only Skype, and chrome open i reach 90º celsius!!!
I already cleaned my fan , but it doesnt has any dust, so please help me !

Yes, like antivírus and stuff, i stay at like 50-100% gpu usage (i have a i74700hq)

no , i put new termal paste today on the cpu

That's crazy. 50-100% (cpu usage?) when it should be darn near idling? You have to shut down processes that you don't need. Too many things running at startup, maybe.

I have only Chrome open (2 tabs), and my cpu is running at between 2-5%.
