Cpu upgrade Worry

My friend has a HP15P030NR-RB laptop. He has AMD A8-5545M CPU in it and wants to upgrade it to a A10-5757M. The site http/www.cpu-upgrade.com/ says it can be upgraded to that. I am worried though is the cpu integrated? I can not find that cpu for sale on Ebay, only laptops with it in it.

According to our forums the CPU of that certain laptop is not upgradable.
