Crash when calling

I recently got a new headset (razer kraken pro) and since i got that headset on some moments i cant use any calling services like skype or steam call and if i try to use it it crashes. and its only when i have a game on called flyff. it doesnt always happen just randomly. what might be the scource of this problem.

i know flyff XD i liked that game did u instal the software for the headset and the lates firm ware that might help

Well, it always happens when you have that game, so I'd say the source of the problem is having the game open when you try to use skype. Look for patches to all the programs that you use that causes the issue and check the Windows Evnent Log for the application crash when this happens, it may give you clues as to what caused the crash. You can then send the info to the flyff game support people, the headset support and the VOIP program support.
