Crazy fps drop

Hi,

I bought this Asus laptop for like a month ago, and everything has been running just fine - until now. I've been playing CS:GO, WoW and LOL with good fps. It runs smoothly now as well, but form time to time the fps drops to like 3 or 4, everything just stops. Even Fortnite drops. I'm pretty sure its not overheating, cus i've measured the temperatures and it seems just fine.
It was okay one day, i went to bed, woke up and then it occured.

Is it just randomly? Sometimes I experience some lag when a user just logs into a server mid-game into a Rocket League match.
