Creating a cloud gaming server

Hello, I want to know if there is a way to create a cloud based gaming server were remote users can connect to it and stream the games to their laptops. I do have a gigabit network, and I building a core i7 4770k with a GTX 770 computer in the coming months and I thought to look into this for my friends.

I came up with an idea to have the users connect to virtual machines using remotefx and I will probably most likely be using that.
