Creating web pages

I was just wondering what is popular for creating webpages. I mean mostly the fancy stuff that you wouldn't use notepad for.

Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft Frontpage, Adobe GoLive...

The first one's the best, in my opinion. Frontpage added a bunch of unnecessary junk, when I used it. When I switched over, the learning curve was a bit difficult, but after getting used to it, I find it very robust and flexible.
