Creative Fatal1ty vs SENNHEISER PC151

Im looking to pick up a new headset, at this point i think im down to either a creative fatal1ty or a sennheiser pc151, both on sale & free shipping from newegg currently (<3 newegg). I'll be using the headset to do some gaming, watching movies, and listening to music, as ive gotten tired of music played through horrible $5 headphones... anyone have any thoughts, opinions, advice? here are the links for specs:

i got almost the same fatal1ty headphones a week ago
and now i no sound comes out of them
and i took the best care of them as i could because they were new
(not my computer either)
