Get what you need from this site: http://support.creative.com/

For drivers it is a good idea to get them from the device manufacturer's website instead of from third party sources.

Find out from Creative who the OEM for their cameras is. Then go to that website. I do not recommend generic driver websites.

Well, what model do you have? You can always attempt generic driver websites as your last resort.

There is one more thing you can do. Unplug the device and then re-connect it to the computer. Check and see whether Windows will find the device driver for you.
