Csgo Fps Performance Question

Hello! I've been playing csgo for about 2 years now and I have been global for about a few months now and decided to take te game a little more serious. I am planning on buying a new laptop (that i will be hooking up to a desktop setup) and was just wondering how much fps i'd get. Also just making sure, using a displayport to connect the laptop to your 144hz monitor allows you to use the 144 correct?

What is your budget? Have you considered building a PC? Or do you require a laptop for mobility? Perhaps there could be other laptops out there?
