Solved! Dashlane not appearing in Play Store Fire HD 10

I have 2 Kindle Fire HD 10s and have installed the Play Store on both of them.

Today, Dashlane stopped working on the Fire 10 7th generation model so I uninstalled it. I was surprised to see that Dashlane is not available in the Play Store on this Fire.

On the other hand, Dashlane is operating correctly and is available on the Play Store of the Fire 10 9th generation model.

I am perplexed by what is happening and would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

something to consider, the fire tablet os is a fork of android. because of this, even though you were able to install the play store and apps from it, they will be unstable and could break whenever there are updates from either google, dashlane, or amazon.

In this case you have an older os that may no longer support dashlane. You may need to find an older version of it to run on your tablet. you can also contact the developer through the play store. Just go to the app in the store and scroll down to developer and contact their support.
