Dead pixel on brand new monitor

I got a Samsung 24 inch LED S24d590 from best buy yesterday and it had a few dead pixels, so I returned it and got another one. Right when I got back home I turned on the monitor and it has a red/pink stuck or dead pixel right in the middle of the screen. Should I return it again?
