Question Dead pixels?

Hi there,

So I just bought this LG 4k nanocell tv and I noticed this mark after a couple of days. It's small enough that I may not have noticed if it was always there. I was just wondering if this is dead pixels, or something else, and if its a good idea to return it (if it's even covered by the warrenty)?

Returning it would be a big hassle, I can probably live with it as it is, I was just wondering if this kind of thing will get worse with time.
