Dedicated gpu not working on "some" games

I bought an asus tuf gaming laptop with 1050gtx 4 gb. I downloaded some games from steam battle net epicgames. Even though i changed in settings for desicated gpu it wasnt working. For example overwatch was using the not dedicated gpu and fortnite is using the correct one(the 1050). And all the other games just have 3fps like overwatch.I have tryed every thing what internet says still not working.

Right click on the shortcut of the game and click on run with high performance device...

Well tried that still not working

use ddu uninstaller and delete all graphics drivers in safe mode

reinstall the latest graphics driver (onboard and dedicated) from the laptop´s manufacturer and not from the nvidia site

sorry for very late reply. I tried to reinstall the graphic drivers but still not working

did you use ddu uninstaller and the drivers from ASUS?

If so, eventually a windows reset can help, otherwise your laptop might be faulty

for testing purposes
run 3dmark basic edition (it´s for free) and after it click on compare result online. Copy the address from your browser which should come up with your result then.
